TIS®580-25 is a one-component, room-temperature curing silicone rubber with excellent adhesion, high strength and good thermal conductivity. It features superior electrical insulation, sealing performance and aging resistance, and can be used within the temperature range of -50℃ to 250℃. As a dealcoholized silicone adhesive, it cures by contacting moisture in the air and on the surface of the adherend, and is suitable for the electronics and lighting industries.

Instructions For Use


1.Clean the surface:Prepare thesurface of theobject tobeglued or coated by cleaning it,removing rust,dust,andgrease.
2. Apply the adhesive: Unscrew the cap of the adhesive tube,use the tip of the cap to pierce the seal, and squeeze the adhesive onto the cleaned
surface for coating or pouring.
3.Curing:The coated partswilslowly formaskinwhenplaced in the air,andanyoperationsshould becompleted before thesurfaceskins over.The
curing process progresses from the surface inward,with the adhesive curing to a depth of 2-4mm within 24 hours (at room temperature and 55%
relative humidity). If the area is deeper,especially in places that are not easily exposed to air, the complete curing time wll be extended; if the
temperature is lower, the curing time will also be prolonged.
4. Note: Do not move, use, or package the treated parts until sufficient strength has been achieved.
